A journey: from extra-territoriality to interiority.
Veronique, passionate about ancient Chinese culture, studied classical texts at INALCO – Institut National des Langues Orientales –, the Ricci Institute and the Sèvres Center, knowledge from which she draws for a more rooted understanding of the differences in thoughts, postures and positions. With her long practice of Zen, she often has the opportunity to bring out work relating to the many paradoxes that are at stake, paradoxes present not only in the field of interculturality but which also regularly constitute obstacles in everyone’s daily life when they are only treated at the level of contradiction.
A journey that enabled her to understand the difference at subtlety and complexity levels:
- The overwhelming encounter, then as a young adult with China and the East VS West difference.
- While she herself had suffered in her career from the place of women in the company, she took advantage of the Orient-Occident work to highlight the feminine which gradually took a more legitimate place in organizations but was still posed as Female OR Male.
- On a more subtle level, personal work, the study of wisdoms and religions made her realize that she had to work from a more complete perspective of the person and of organizations; this is how she realized the importance not simply of a legitimate leadership also devolved to women but that beyond that, it was necessary to enhance the energy of the feminine which fully integrates intuition, interiority and global vision and not just linear – a posture fully linked to emotional intelligence. Accomplitude has made it, using tools, a specialty of its coaching and interventions and proposes to move from “IQ or QE” to “IQ AND EQ“. Even if IQ is a force, it is only the the tip of of an iceberg where everyone’s real power is in QE.
- And naturally, through meditation, the life journey shifts from a more external posture towards greater inner depth.
It is indeed the process of understanding the other—no matter how different they may be (the Chinese of the 1980s, for instance, appeared particularly different to Western eyes)—that has led to this work toward pluralism, as well as inter- and even intra-territorial awareness. -
The “beyond opposites” approach allows for a higher level of consciousness to emerge.

Pluralism: a source of transformation and renewal
Pluralism consists in finding a satisfying balance between respecting individual specificities and integrating diverse components into a shared organizational project.
Nothing should justify that a person is left at the threshold of a position or a team because of who they are, rather than what they do.
By setting the right conditions—mapping needs, learning and practice sessions, tool-based approaches—we help teams broaden and deepen their level of awareness. This enables them to respond rather than react, and access, even under stress, both their existing resources and newly acquired ones.
We can support you through:
- Awareness workshops, such as the Diversity Fresco, a collective intelligence workshop inspired by cognitive bias models. Similar to the Climate Fresco, each step includes varied animations and pedagogical supports guiding the group towards greater awareness. It allows participants to experience the cognitive mechanisms behind discrimination, discover approaches to reduce them, and debate their scope and limitations.
- Learning workshops in Conscious Communication, based on Marshall Rosenberg’s process, also known as NonViolent Communication (NVC).
- Practice sessions based on real-life challenges.
- Dedicated coaching sessions.
Fostering conscious awareness requires acquiring and making available tools and proposals that open pathways for transformation. Whether through collective or individual work, this process brings to light unmet needs such as motivation, recognition, celebration, learning, and sharing. Each person needs avenues for personal growth, at a rhythm that suits them.

Here is a wanderer walking past a construction site. He asks the first worker: “What are you doing?” The worker replies: “I’m sweating.” He asks a second worker the same question, and he answers: “I’m working; I’ve found no other job to provide for my family.” Finally, he asks a third worker: “What are you doing?” and this one replies: “I’m building a cathedral.”
Transforming a worker’s posture into that of a cathedral builder.
It is thanks to diversity that a cathedral exists; there cannot be only masons, only carpenters, only painters.
Diversity also exists within ourselves, through different, sometimes paradoxical parts. These parts must learn to understand each other. When there is more convergence within oneself, relationships become more peaceful, pluralism and integration emerge. It is then that the collective work can become a cathedral. The result may reveal unsuspected richness.
Multiculturalism or multiculturality refers to multiple cultures coexisting in one place, but these cultures are not limited to ethnic or regional differences. If organizations merely add diversities without integrating them, it can result in each group remaining confined to its difference.
Integrated differences are a source of wealth, creativity, and high-potential organizations.
We have coached in Europe, Asia and have also intervened on an ad hoc basis for the Middle East and the United States. With a strong specificity for China.
And for many other nationalities: German, English, Italian, Moroccan, Indonesian etc.
